At Pawsome Care, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gustovic.axel@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at gustovic.axel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item sent by us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
