Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at gustovic.axel@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Pawsome Care is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
